Account Manager

The Account Manager role within the Financial Institutions Business Unit focuses on owning client change management relationships across the product lifecycle. This position serves as the primary point of contact for key customers, including major UK banks and fintechs, to drive change requests and ensure successful project delivery. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to gather requirements, define solutions, and manage resources from initial request through to handover into operational teams.
