Account Manager

This role involves managing the day-to-day operations and administration of a portfolio of client holding, financing, intellectual property, and real estate companies. The position requires maintaining company books, preparing statutory financial statements, and handling periodic tax and VAT returns. The role also includes preparing documentation for Board and Shareholders' meetings and responding to client requests under the supervision of a Senior Officer.
