Account Manager

The Account Manager is responsible for retaining and expanding an assigned portfolio of existing client accounts through proactive sales and relationship management. This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships, and partnering with internal teams to address client needs and drive growth. The position focuses on developing account growth plans, uncovering additional client problems, and meeting retention, revenue, and gross profit targets.
