Account Manager

This role focuses on developing and maintaining relationships with health system contacts, patients, and families to align with VITAS core mission and values. The position involves educating medical professionals and patients about hospice services, coordinating care, and ensuring timely access to end-of-life care solutions. The Account Manager will act as a subject matter expert on Medicare Hospice Benefit and VITAS service offerings while leveraging CRM tools to manage customer interactions and support care transitions.
