Account Manager/Technical Manager

The Account Manager serves as the primary commercial and operational interface between TSMC North America and its advanced-node and 3DIC customers, managing business relationships across quotation, pricing, demand forecasting, and new tape-out management. This role coordinates closely with TSMC headquarters in Taiwan and internal teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction. It is a hands-on position that evolves into broader account ownership and new-business enablement for seasoned semiconductor professionals.
