Account Officer 1

This position is primarily responsible for achieving loan volume targets while maintaining profitability, sound credit quality and good customer service. The role involves actively soliciting microfinance loan accounts, analyzing applicant qualifications, and initiating credit and collection activities. The Account Officer 1 also coordinates with other units for loan processing, ensures adherence to bank policies, and executes sales and marketing activities to meet volume targets.
