Account Resolution Manager

The Account Resolution Manager leads the collection and resolution of delinquent consumer loans, real estate, and credit card accounts through payment plans and loss mitigation options. This role involves monitoring collection performance, ensuring compliance with consumer protection laws, and providing coaching and support to the Account Resolution staff. The position also oversees specialty cases such as bankruptcy, repossession, and foreclosure while liaising with accounting for reporting obligations.
