Account Support Analyst

As an Account Support Specialist in Order Management, you will serve as the primary liaison between Enterprise Account Managers and internal departments to ensure a smooth quote-to-cash process. You will handle customer inquiries, manage shipments and RMAs, assist with quoting, and maintain accurate data within CRM systems like Salesforce and Zuora. This role is critical for supporting the sales team and driving operational efficiency for Motive's diverse client base.
