Accountabilities

This role involves owning front-office implementation workstreams end-to-end, from client discovery and requirements gathering through configuration, testing, go-live, and hypercare. The position requires configuring client environments by translating trading, portfolio management, and other front-office workflows into appropriate system setup while working directly with clients to understand their operating models. The role also involves partnering with sales and delivery teams on active pipeline opportunities, troubleshooting time-sensitive implementation issues, and maintaining strong ownership of project deliverables. Additionally, the position requires capturing client feedback, sharing project knowledge, and contributing to continuous improvements in implementation processes and client delivery.
