Accountabilities

This role focuses on managing donor relationships and engagement for a portfolio of mid-level and major-gift donors, developing personalized strategies to strengthen relationships and increase philanthropic support. The position involves building strategic partnerships with donor-advised fund sponsors and philanthropic advisors, enhancing the donor experience through cross-functional collaboration, and representing the organization externally at events and conferences. The role also includes planning donor engagement events, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and supporting impact-driven fundraising materials to drive sustainable growth.
