Accountabilities

This role leads and develops a team responsible for annual exam publishing operations, establishing clear priorities and providing coaching to ensure high-quality outcomes. The position owns the enterprise test publishing operating model, overseeing the delivery of AP print, accommodated, and Braille examination materials while managing vendor relationships and cross-functional coordination. It also drives change management, operational excellence, and the adoption of AI to improve publishing accuracy and efficiency.
