The role is responsible for accurate financial accounting, reporting, reconciliations, NAV preparation, audit support, and compliance for complex real estate investment structures, ensuring strong controls and operational excellence. It involves managing day‑to‑day accounting activities, preparing financial statements and reports, performing month‑end close tasks, and supporting year‑end reporting and audits using Yardi and other financial systems.
