Accountant III

The Accountant III maintains the general ledger, analyzes expense and balance sheet accounts, and recommends accruals and adjustments. This role supports the Controller with financial reporting, prepares operating budgets, and ensures the accuracy of financial statements through monthly, quarterly, and annual closings. The position also involves managing internal controls, reconciling accounts, and assisting with tax filings and governmental reporting.
