As an early internal accounting hire at Snowball, you will build the financial foundation for a fast-growing YouTube agency by managing day-to-day operations including invoicing, payroll, and bookkeeping. You will maintain records in QuickBooks Online, support month-end reporting, and develop scalable financial systems while working closely with leadership to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
