Accountant

The Accountant serves as the senior in‑country finance lead for the BioSHIELD task order in the Philippines, overseeing accounting records, monthly financial reporting, and local tax compliance including VAT exemption processes. The role also involves supporting budget forecasting, invoicing, and internal controls while ensuring audit readiness and compliance with US GAAP and FAR/DFARS cost principles.
