Accountant

The Accountant for assigned properties at Macerich will own all accounting and financial reporting responsibilities, including analyzing financial impacts from shared services, preparing journal entries, financial statements, and variance analyses, and supporting year‑end audits. The role collaborates closely with property managers, accounts payable, and other teams to ensure accurate GAAP compliance and effective property financial management.
