Accountant

This position independently performs general accounting duties, including monitoring transactions, making journal entries, and assisting in the preparation of financial statements. The role involves managing various financial services areas such as auxiliary services, tax, capital assets, and bonds while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. The Accountant also supports year-end reporting, provides training on financial systems, and assists with special projects to improve departmental processes.
