About this role

SwissBorg is seeking an Accountant to own the Accounts Payable process and contribute to the full scope of the accounting function, including month-end close, reconciliations, intercompany transactions, VAT and tax compliance, and audit preparation. The role involves preparing general ledger entries, managing monthly, quarterly, and annual closes for group entities, and strengthening internal controls. This position requires a versatile professional with a strong technical foundation, ideally from a Big 4 audit or accounting outsourcing background, to work in a small, hands-on team within an international crypto wealth management platform.

Responsibilities

Own the Accounts Payable process including invoice review and payment preparation
Prepare and manage general ledger entries, accruals, and prepayments
Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual closes for all group entities
