About this role

Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Skilled Accountant to join the Global Finance Services Division, focusing on statutory reporting, high-integrity financial reporting, and transfer pricing. The role involves preparing financial statements for local GAAP compliance, leading statutory audits, and acting as an advisor to the business on regulatory matters. This position is based out of the Bangalore office and requires a full-time onsite schedule.

Responsibilities

Prepare financial statements complying with Local GAAP and regulatory requirements
Lead statutory audits by ensuring timely provision of financial information
Reconcile local GAAP records with US GAAP records
Execute intercompany pricing updates for complex product lines or high-volume entities
Support filing of statutory reports with assistance from legal teams
