About this role
The BEST Apprenticeship Program at BPM is a year-round apprenticeship within the Outsourced Accounting, Analytics, and Systems Advisory group, providing hands-on experience in outsourced accounting services for a variety of clients. Apprentices build a strong accounting foundation while working with cloud-based accounting platforms in a public accounting firm environment. The role is structured as a pathway to full-time Associate Level I upon successful completion and also ties into BPM’s ELE program to support CPA eligibility. The position is based in the San Francisco Bay Area and emphasizes inclusion, learning, and community impact.
