Accounting Advisory Manager

This role leads multiple concurrent accounting advisory engagements focused on capital markets transactions, complex business combinations, and transaction events. The position requires applying advanced knowledge of U.S. GAAP and IFRS to advise clients on transaction-related accounting and reporting considerations while overseeing technical analyses and client deliverables. The incumbent manages engagement economics, staffing models, and resource deployment to ensure efficient, high-quality delivery and collaborates with cross-functional teams to provide integrated support across the deal lifecycle.
