About this role

The Accounting Analyst at Ohalo will build and manage the company's accounting and finance infrastructure from the ground up, reporting directly to the Controller. This role involves owning day-to-day accounts payable, cash reconciliations, and general ledger activities while driving process improvements and automation. The position requires a hands-on, analytical approach to diagnose root causes and enhance financial operations as the company scales.

Responsibilities

Process and review vendor invoices and employee expense reports end-to-end
Perform monthly balance sheet and bank reconciliations to resolve discrepancies
Prepare and post monthly corporate accounting journal entries and support close
