Accounting and Finance Director

This role leads the accounting and finance functions for a global business, overseeing domestic and international accounting, financial reporting, treasury, and finance-related IT initiatives. The position involves managing month-end and year-end close processes, cost accounting, and international financial reporting while ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and local GAAP requirements. Additionally, the role supports strategic financial initiatives, strengthens internal controls, and manages global banking relationships and insurance coverage.
