Accounting Assistant

The Accounting Assistant provides support and enforces strict segregation of duties between the Business Office Coordinator and accounting tasks, including accounts receivable and payable. This role ensures compliance with federal, state, and senior-living regulatory requirements while supporting the timely production of month-end close and financial statements. The position involves reviewing vendor invoices, processing bank deposits, and assisting with resident billing and refunds.
