The Accounting Assistant supports the Electronics Recycling division by handling customer billing, accounts receivable, and collections. This role prepares weekly and month-end reporting to support the month-end close and collaborates with Operations Managers and the Assistant Controller to deliver accurate financial information. The position also provides customer support for invoicing, accounts, and banking needs while managing accounts receivable follow-up activities.
