Accounting Assistant

The Accounting Assistant supports the maintenance of accurate financial records for Upstate Veterinary Specialties and related entities. This role handles accounting system entries, financial spreadsheets, journal entries, and reconciliations while providing support for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. The position also assists with month-end and year-end accounting activities and financial reporting.
