This position verifies and assembles documents and enters data into automated accounts payable and general ledger systems under the supervision of the Accounts Payable Coordinator. The role involves processing accounts payable transactions, balancing monthly general ledgers, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial documents. The incumbent also assists with the training of new staff and the assembly of annual corporate financial statements.
