Accounting Co-Op

The Accounting Co-Op program offers students interested in private equity and finance a unique opportunity to participate in the accounting of real estate investments at Starwood. This role provides a high level of project responsibility and direct exposure to senior management, joint venture partners, and investment teams across all real estate asset classes. Participants engage in specialized training and mentorship to transition into the professional working environment of the investment industry.
