About this role

The Accounting & Compliance Manager leads a team of accounting professionals to support insurance brokerage and enterprise accounting operations within the HUB Financial Center. This role provides leadership and strategic direction to ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of financial reporting processes, including period-end close activities, account reconciliations, and compliance requirements. The Manager partners with stakeholders to drive operational excellence, strengthen internal controls, and support audit and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead accounting team and drive operational excellence across financial reporting processes
Manage monthly and annual close activities including account reconciliations and journal entries
Serve as control owner for SOX compliance and coordinate internal and external audit requirements
