Accounting & Consolidation Lead

The Accounting & Consolidation Lead ensures the Japan business's accounting is correct, compliant, and completed on time. This role oversees month-end closing, financial reporting, tax/intercompany, inventory/assets, and treasury while collaborating with global shared-services teams to improve and automate processes. The position requires strong stakeholder management and the ability to work independently in a complex, multi-hub environment.
