Accounting Coordinator (Accounts Payable Specialist)

The Accounting Coordinator supports the company's accounting operations with a primary focus on accounts payable, accurate job costing, and maintaining positive vendor relationships. This role works closely with the accounting team to meet deadlines, support the month-end closing process, and ensure vendor accounts remain current and in good standing. Additional responsibilities include assisting with accounts receivable, subcontractor billing and payments, lien waivers and releases, job costing, and other accounting and administrative tasks as needed.
