Accounting, Finance & Administration Manager

This role serves as an individual-contributor Finance, Accounting, and HR Administration Manager for Pen Manufacturing, directly supporting the President with day-to-day ownership of financial operations, human resources, and office administration. The position requires personally executing monthly financial closes, managing cash flow, tax compliance, payroll, benefits, and general administrative tasks without relying on a large team. The successful candidate will build structured systems, solve problems independently, and maintain complete confidentiality across all financial and personnel matters.
