Accounting Head

The Accounting Head leads end-to-end accounting, financial closing, and reporting functions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. This role provides financial insight and governance to support management decision-making and strategic initiatives, including IFRS 17/PSAK 117 and finance transformation. The position involves leading the accounting team and collaborating with senior management, auditors, regulators, and cross-functional stakeholders.
