About this role

An Accounting Lead based in Hyderabad who serves as a key member of the Corporate Controllership team, supporting General Ledger functions, month-end closes, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reporting. This role ensures accurate, compliant accounting records while collaborating cross-functionally to analyze transactions, resolve variances, and assist with audits to maintain the reliability of financial statements.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day general ledger accounting activities and journal entry preparation
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities and reporting timelines
Prepare and review balance sheet account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness
Analyze financial results and identify anomalies in P&L activity for accurate reporting
Supervise and develop accounting team members while ensuring technical excellence and compliance
