Accounting Lead

The Accounting Lead will serve as the technical leader of the accounting function at a leading fintech company, driving financial reporting excellence, regulatory compliance, and internal controls. This role involves leading the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring compliance with Mexican NIF and CNBV requirements, and managing the accounting integration of a newly acquired SOFIPO. The position offers high visibility across the organization with close interaction with executive leadership, auditors, and cross-functional teams.
