Accounting Manager I (NS)

The Accounting Manager oversees the Council’s accounting functions and performs hands-on professional accounting work, including accounts payable, receivable, cash management, payroll, and financial reporting. As part of the founding team, the role involves developing systems, policies, and internal controls to support North Carolina’s District Attorneys and the prosecution function. The position supervises a small fiscal team, serves as the primary contact for accounting matters, and ensures compliance with applicable accounting and budgeting requirements.
