The Accounting Manager will oversee Baird's accounting operations, handling general ledger reconciliations, financial reporting, payroll, and accounts payable/receivable while driving process improvements and strategic projects. Working closely with the Controller/CFO, the role provides hands‑on accounting experience and prepares the individual for future senior finance leadership positions.
