Accounting Manager

The role supports the fiscal functions of the agency by handling accounts payable and receivable, cash receipts, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations. It also oversees fixed asset management, prepares monthly financial statements, and coordinates with auditors and external entities. Supervisory duties include hiring, training, and evaluating accounting staff, as well as managing the fiscal department in the director's absence.
