Accounting Manager

This role leads and manages the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial operations while preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. The position requires ensuring compliance with Colombian accounting standards and IFRS, coordinating audits, and presenting financial results to global senior management in English. The ideal candidate will oversee closing processes, strengthen internal controls, and collaborate with cross-functional teams locally and internationally.
