Accounting Manager

The Accounting Manager leads the end-to-end general ledger and financial close process, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial results. This position owns balance sheet integrity, close execution, and team performance while partnering across Finance to deliver high-quality reporting and drive continuous process improvement. The role involves managing month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, overseeing daily accounting operations, and ensuring compliance with GAAP and SAP. Additionally, the position requires leading and developing a team of accountants, supporting audits, and identifying opportunities for process standardization and automation.
