Accounting Manager

The Accounting Manager leads the India-based accounting teams responsible for operating, construction, and corporate accounting, overseeing both functional and generalist work across assigned portfolios and entities. This role owns the review and quality of the team’s deliverables, manages workload and close timelines, and develops accountants at multiple levels, while partnering closely with the Head of Accounting and onshore accounting leadership. The ideal candidate brings strong real estate accounting expertise, proven people leadership, and the ability to manage multiple teams and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
