Accounting Manager

The Accounting Manager supports the day-to-day accounting operations of the San Diego Rescue Mission, including month-end close activities, financial reporting, budgeting, and audit support. This role provides leadership and oversight to accounting staff while driving continuous process improvement within the Finance department. The position requires a minimum of 8 years of progressive accounting experience and prior supervisory experience.
