Accounting Manager

The Accounting Manager plays a critical leadership role ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of financial reporting across Timken’s U.S. legal entities in compliance with U.S. GAAP. This position oversees monthly financial statements, global accounting functions such as leasing and fixed assets, and maintains robust internal controls for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. The role involves leading the financial close process, driving continuous improvement in reporting systems, and mentoring team members to foster a culture of excellence.
