Accounting Manager

The Accounting Manager leads the US accounting organization, driving accurate and timely financial processes in compliance with ITW policies and US GAAP. This role oversees end-to-end accounting processes, including invoice-to-pay, bill-to-cash, and record-to-report, while leading and developing the accounting team. The position supports the Controller with forecasting, reporting, and analysis, and champions the ITW business model for accounting and reporting.
