Accounting Manager

The Accounting Manager leads and manages the daily operations of accounting, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all financial records and reporting. This position works directly with the Administrative Services Director and other department directors to ensure the fiscal integrity of the Town by overseeing compliance with all applicable accounting standards, laws, internal controls, and municipal policies. The role involves preparing financial statements, coordinating audits, managing fund accounting, and supporting the development and monitoring of the annual Town Budget.
