The Accounting Operations Lead will establish and maintain the finance infrastructure supporting KoBold Metals Zambia's exploration programs, working closely with field teams, vendors, and the global corporate finance team. The role involves supporting accounting and reporting for Zambian entities, preparing project reports and analyses, and helping to build scalable accounting and finance processes in a fast-growing startup environment. The position requires flexibility to collaborate across time zones and handle confidential information.
