Accounting Operations Lead

This role leads the organization's accounting operations, ensuring a complete, accurate, and timely financial close while establishing and enforcing accounting policies and internal controls. The position is responsible for delivering reconciled financial information to support internal and external financial statements and directing relationships with external audit firms. It also involves overseeing accounts receivable, disbursements, and international office accounting activities to ensure compliance with GAAP and financial control requirements.
