Accounting & Payroll Systems Analyst

Tecta America is seeking an experienced Accounting & Payroll Systems Analyst to support accounting and payroll operations across multiple operating units nationwide. This role serves as a key ERP team resource, partnering with Accounting, Payroll, Operations, Human Resources, and IT teams to support payroll processes, troubleshoot business issues, improve workflows, and assist with system-related initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong accounting knowledge along with extensive payroll expertise, including multi-state, union, certified, and prevailing wage compliance.
