Accounting Principles & Advisory Lead

This role involves providing strategic guidance on IFRS and local GAAP policies, supporting complex accounting judgements, and driving governance across markets within a central Accounting Competence Centre. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, engagement with auditors, and influence over large-scale transformation initiatives to ensure consistent and compliant financial reporting. The individual will also serve as a business partner to commercial and finance teams while fostering continuous improvement and capability development within the finance community.
