Accounting Senior Associate

The Accounting Senior Associate will join the Latam Accounting team at the Bogotá headquarters to support the regional month-end close process and ensure accurate financial reporting for Latin America entities. This role involves reviewing and consolidating local financial statements, conducting variance analyses, and managing relationships with external accounting outsourcers. The position requires strong expertise in Local GAAP and US GAAP, along with advanced Excel skills for complex reconciliations and data modeling.
